Dr. Manuel “Buddy” Ramos’ career spans over 30 years of experience working in higher education. Dr. Ramos has a distinguished career in academic advising as a Higher Education administrator and as an executive advancing technology in education with companies such as IBM, Oracle/PeopleSoft, CIBER, and Highstreet. As former President of the National Academic Advising Association, a Kellogg Fellow, and multiple other accomplishments and recognitions, Dr. Ramos is a proven higher education leader.
Buddy has an impressive record of success in helping institutions foster programs that promote increased student satisfaction, achievement and retention with the use of technolog. y He specializes in helping colleges and universities integrate people, processes and technology. His current focus is developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships as a trusted business advisor with his customer base. His professional career includes experience as a campus Student Development Administrator, and working in the private sector for companies such as IBM, PeopleSoft, Oracle and CIBER.
